At Calvary United Methodist Church, we are Christian first and United Methodist second.
By this we mean we believe that Christ is our Lord and Savior. We believe that we should love God with our whole heart, mind, and soul; and we believe that we should love our neighbor as ourselves. This fundamentally sets up what we believe as Christians.
As United Methodists, we apply a Wesleyan outlook on our way of interacting with God and with our neighbors. We believe God works in our lives before we even know it, and we believe that through God’s grace, we are saved.
We believe in two sacraments: Holy Communion and Baptism.
